Maintenance Associate Location:

Crater Lake, OR, 97604

Job Description:

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment at the Crater Lake location. This includes but is not limited to: Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work Performing routine inspections of buildings and equipment Assisting with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as snow blowers, lawn mowers, and power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Ability to work in all weather conditions We maintain a drug-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
