If that energizes you, you will love it here. If not, this won't be a good fit. What You'll do as ourMaintenance Coordinator:
Lead + Coordinate + Train + Develop Oversee all maintenance service requests from creation to completion. Assign daily service requests and ensure work is completed with quality, detail, and efficiency. Ensure accurate scheduling, smooth workflows, and cohesive planning. Support and direct maintenance technicians and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward. Manage inspections, property turnovers, and complete "the paperwork" of maintenance requests. Prepare and present maintenance training sessions to support technician skill growth. Lead safety and compliance training to ensure technicians understand best practices and safety requirements. Maintain documentation and track completion of safety compliance standards. Plan + Organize + Communicate + Represent Rockwell Plan ahead to prevent problems—and quickly resolve unexpected issues. Track and manage inventory with high attention to detail. Schedule projects, coordinate timelines, and communicate updates clearly to keep everyone in the loop. Communicate professionally (written and verbally) with property managers, tenants, owners and vendors. Prepare and maintain maintenance related status reports for internal and external use. Ensure Excellence Monitor through photos off-site maintenance requests. Ensure all finished maintenance requests meet quality standards and expenses are accounted for. Assign and supervise on-call rotation. Skills You Bring Proven experience in managing people and processes. This the most important skill required. Strong computer and software system skills. Ability to balance big-picture goals with detail-level execution. Strong conflict resolution and crisis management abilities. Leadership that inspires and builds a healthy team culture. Exceptional attention to detail—nothing gets past you. Excellent time and project management skills. Basic Understanding or ability to learn construction processes.
