Personnel Plus is

for Maintenance Crew Member in Caldwell, ID

Mow, trim, and edge to company specifications.
Prune shrubs and trees to shape, and to improve growth.
Remove trash, weeds, and refuse from property.
Sprays beds with fertilizers, herbicides, using backpack or truck mounted sprayers.
Remove limbs, pruned refuse, leaves, and twigs.
Plants various landscape plants and trees according to instructions.
Performs ground maintenance duties, using tractor mowers, hand mowers, fertilizer spreaders, and various landscape power tools (excluding chainsaws).
Sharpens mower blades and tools.
Any other duties as assigned

High school education of GED
Valid Idaho driver's license (preferred, but not required)
Clean driving record (preferred, but not required)
Some knowledge of grounds maintenance.
Some knowledge of transportation and of maintenance equipment,
Ability to follow oral or written instructions, as well as make decisions in difficult situations.
Ability to work together with other team members to meet company standards every day.
Ability to pass a physical
