Maintenance Director

Position Summary:

Mallard Cove Assisted Living is seeking a dependable and hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Director to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. This role supports our maintenance team with general building upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with routine building maintenance, repairs, and minor projects Perform general upkeep, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support as needed Maintain the grounds, walkways, and outdoor areas Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Ensure safety protocols and standards are followed at all times Assist with moving furniture and setting up resident or community areas

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset

Schedule:
