Maintenance Engineer Job Description As a Maintenance Engineer, you will perform engineering planning and production tasks, execute routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, and troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, circuits, and controls. You will assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions. Collaborating with the maintenance lead, you will be involved in machine installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed, while maintaining electrical systems and components according to safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities Perform engineering planning and production tasks. Execute routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, circuits, and controls. Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, determining root causes, and implementing solutions. Collaborate with maintenance lead for machine installations, upgrades, and modifications. Maintain electrical systems and components according to safety standards and regulations. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with hydraulics and mechanical systems. Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques. Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of single and three-phase electrical systems. Basic mechanical maintenance experience. Ability to read schematics and diagrams. Familiarity with industrial equipment and control systems. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a manufacturing facility, with shifts typically running from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that hours may vary from day to day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duncan, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
