Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, invites skilled Maintenance Engineers to be part of our resort's commitment to excellence. This full-time role is vital for maintaining our high standards and ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient maintenance and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:

Address guest maintenance requests effectively, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Perform daily checks and preventative maintenance on a variety of tools and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues in areas such as plumbing and electrical systems. Report to the Chief Engineer, collaborating to maintain the resort's operational standards. Work alongside a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Ability to work Third Shift 11 AM - 7 PM Must have your own basic hand-tools. Proven experience in maintenance, ideally in the hospitality sector. Ability to manage various maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality and guest service. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
