Pay Rate:
$43.00 per hour
Shift Information:

Team Lead:

  • Be part of a dynamic team where your leadership and technical expertise will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of factory operations. What's a typical day as Maintenance Engineer / Team Lead? You'll be:
  • Providing engineering analysis, technical expertise, and project coordination for factory machinery and infrastructure, reporting directly to management.
  • Assigning, monitoring, and overseeing the work of skilled-trades personnel to ensure successful execution of customer requests, preventative maintenance, and projects.
  • Planning and executing maintenance of equipment to enhance reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety, while diagnosing machine malfunctions and recommending solutions. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 3+ years of maintenance, mechanical engineering, or factory automation experience, with a proven track record in troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Possess previous supervisory experience of union employees (20-25 or more) and demonstrated experience with preventative maintenance.
  • Are able and willing to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and support multi-shift/extended-shift operations, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
