Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. The job is basic maintenance for vacation and long term rentals units. Almost all work will be in Ocean City and West Ocean City. Must have own vehicle-we will pay for fuel and routine maintenance. All weekends required (Saturday and Sunday). Two days off during the week. We can provide tools Must have basic handyman skills and be capable or performing tasks such as: replace a disposal, fix a leaking faucet, replace a toilet fill valve, replace a receptacle or wall switch, adjust closet door and slider door hardware, etc. Must have problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Must have basic computer skills-enough to use a smart cell phone, email, and a browser based maintenance system. Must have good communication and customer service skills. Job is full time (40 hours a week or more) from now until October and usually part to full time Nov to Feb. Over time is available but not required. Pay rate based on experience and skill set. Must have clean driver's license.
