In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment by performing a variety of repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities o Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly. o Perform repairs involving minor or basic plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and structural components using schematics and technical manuals. o Operate tools, such as hedge trimmers, weed eaters, leave blowers, and other equipment to perform some grounds keeping. o Carry out minor touch up painting projects to enhance property aesthetics and protect surfaces. o Manage facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC systems, lighting, carpentry, and general repairs to ensure operational efficiency. Skills o Experience in facilities maintenance within residential or manufacturing settings. o Ability to perform touch up painting with attention to detail and quality standards. o Ability to prioritize and manage time, to ensure property presents a clean and safe environment.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
