Maintenance / Handyman Position Spring Valley, NY bilingual -English and Spanish

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance / Handyman to join our team in Spring Valley, NY. English and Spanish required. The ideal candidate is responsible, dependable, and able to handle general maintenance tasks independently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and handyman repairs Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work Repair and maintain doors, walls, fixtures, and equipment Painting, patching, and general upkeep of properties Trash removal and keeping areas clean and organized Assist with moving materials, furniture, or equipment when needed Outdoor maintenance including lawn care and grounds upkeep Report maintenance issues and complete work orders on time Ensure safety standards are followed at all times Requirements Previous experience in maintenance or handyman work required Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work independently and solve problems Must have reliable transportation Must own basic tools for maintenance and repair work Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and property maintenance Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
