- Lead and support maintenance technicians
- Provide hands-on guidance for complex repairs and troubleshooting
- Train team members on equipment, safety procedures, and best practices
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement 2. Equipment & Machinery Maintenance
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Ensure quick response to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment 3. Production Support
- Work closely with production supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs
- Ensure equipment reliability to meet production targets and deadlines
- Participate in root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures 4. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements 5. Maintenance Planning & Systems
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders
- Plan maintenance schedules to reduce disruption to production
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies 6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability
- Implement lean manufacturing and preventive maintenance strategies
- Track and improve KPIs such as uptime, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) Required Qualifications
- No history of repeated or severe disciplinary action for violation of OPW company policy. style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc
- -Ability to listen and take direction by supervisory staff is key.
- Satisfactory completion of all required training programs as required by management.
- Satisfactory completion of a 30-60-90-day review program
- High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred)
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Industrial machinery and automation
- PLC systems (basic troubleshooting)
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical
- Experience with PLC programming
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing floor
- Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
- Requires standing, lifting, climbing, and use of PPE
- May require rotating shifts, overtime, or on-call availability Key Competencies

- Time management in high-pressure situations
- Communication between maintenance and production teams
