Maintenance Manager

Job Title:

Maintenance Manager Job Summary Leads maintenance operations in a regulated manufacturing environment, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, schedule, and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production, utility, and processing equipment Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Manage CMMS-driven maintenance planning, work orders, and documentation Support equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements Partner with Operations and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of maintenance experience in food or regulated manufacturing 2+ years in maintenance leadership or supervision Strong hands-on experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial controls Solid mechanical background (hydraulics, pneumatics, general machinery) Experience with CMMS platforms and preventive maintenance programs Ability to analyze equipment performance and drive reliability improvements Strong communication and team leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or industrial field Experience with automation networks, SCADA/HMI systems, and control integration background managing maintenance projects and equipment installations Work Environment Full-time role in a safety-focused, regulated manufacturing setting with hands-on leadership responsibilities. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Albert Lea, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
