Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to ensure reliable operation. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, belts, pumps, valves, and electrical wiring. Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks on various appliances and mechanical systems. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex systems accurately. Assist with construction projects or upgrades involving mechanical systems or infrastructure improvements. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during maintenance activities when necessary. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning. Proven service technician experience with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for accurate diagnostics. Knowledge of HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration principles. Experience in equipment repair across diverse machinery and mechanical systems. Leadership skills to guide team members or coordinate maintenance activities effectively. Construction experience is a plus for facility upgrades or installations.
