Identify and order critical replacement parts and manage schedules for third-party maintenance activities.

Document Excellence:

Equipment Upkeep:

Performing high-level repair and maintenance on professional printing presses, specifically Man Roland or Heidelberg models, and Bobst die-cutting equipment.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.

Preventative Maintenance:

Managing and executing preventative maintenance (PM) programs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Vendor Liaison:

Communicating effectively with external vendors to troubleshoot proprietary equipment and coordinating specialized third-party repairs.

Documentation:

Organizing and meticulously maintaining records for all PM activities and emergency repairs.

Inventory & Scheduling:

Identifying and ordering critical replacement parts and managing the schedules for external maintenance activities.

Operational Continuity:

Participating in a rotating schedule to ensure maximum press coverage and reliability.

Safety & Organization:

Maintaining a clean, organized shop and adhering to manufacturing best practices and safety standards.
