Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving machinery and systems to keep production running smoothly. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will contribute significantly to our facility's safety, efficiency, and overall performance. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize downtime. Provides scheduled and emergency repairs of production equipment. Repair or replace faulty components including motors, belts, gears, wiring, switches, and sensors to restore equipment functionality promptly. Possesses skills including mathematical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, HVAC servicing, residential painting, and general building upkeep. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Complies with OSHA safety and health rules. Supervise or assist with maintenance projects involving team members or contractors while ensuring safety compliance Proven experience in manufacturing or facilities maintenance environments with a strong mechanical background. Must have own tools

Pay:

$26.74 - $32.20 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
