Maintenance Mechanic Job Description Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment. This position is vital to the company, advocating for quality products. Responsibilities Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs. Possess previous experience in injection molding machines. Perform maintenance using hand and power tools. Essential Skills 1-2 years of mechanical maintenance experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Mechanical knowledge. Experience with electrical systems and injection molding machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electrical knowledge is a plus. Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus. Work Environment 2nd shift role, will be training on 1st shift Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason City, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
