Maintenance Mechanic 2nd Shift
LOCATION
Asheville, NC No Remote TYPE Direct Hire ID NC128-2754588 POSTED May 4, 2026 We are hiring a 2nd Shift hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (120V-480V), and pneumatic systems Maintain production equipment and facility systems Inspect equipment and identify repair needs Order and replace parts as needed Support equipment installation, testing, and startup Follow all safety, quality, and SQF standards Document maintenance work and inspections
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge Ability to use hand and power tools Detail-oriented with strong time management skills Good communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
