Position Description Responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment Position Requirements Ø Diagnoses and repairs vehicles, heavy equipment and other company property. Ø Performs routine maintenance on vehicles and heavy equipment. Ø Assists with semi-complex engine overhauls. Ø Reads manuals, charts, schematics, and blueprints. Ø Completes and maintains accurate paperwork and records necessary to insure parts and time are allocated to the correct equipment. Ø Works in other areas as needed. Ø Maintains proper housekeeping in and around the shop area. Ø Training and/or demonstrated experience in heavy equipment/diesel repair. Ø Valid driver's license Ø Understanding of both OSHA and EPA standards as they relate to the position and performance of the job. Ø Ability to read manuals, charts, schematics, and blueprints. Ø Owns tools and maintains them in safe working condition. Ø Ability to follow written and oral instructions and/or directions Ø Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds - (High Physical Demand Level per DOL Ø Must meet and maintain certification for use of respiratory protective equipment as required by

Ø Demonstrated aptitude to execute customer orders and maintain necessary records Ø Must have the ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules.
