Summary:

This role supports production equipment maintenance in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a focus on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The work centers on packaging equipment, process machinery, warehouse equipment, and related fabrication or machine-shop tasks using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Requirements 1-5+ years of production equipment maintenance experience, with regulated manufacturing experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Working knowledge of PLC/control logic troubleshooting; PLC programming experience is not required. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including packaging equipment, process machinery, warehouse equipment, and related plant equipment. Perform routine, periodic, and special inspections plus preventive maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime. Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication methods, and machine-shop tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Important Notes This is an equipment-focused maintenance role, not a residential, commercial, or building-only maintenance opening. The role is site-based in the Asbury Park, NJ area, with one first-shift opening and one second-shift opening, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM. Candidates should be comfortable working around production machinery and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations.
