Maintenance Mechanic - Industrial - Worthington, MN

Shine Bros. Corp. of Minn. is currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. This position offers a competitive wage, great benefits package, and day shift hours ! The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Position involves: Above all, promoting a safe work environment. Maintaining heavy equipment and processing equipment. Troubleshooting, parts procurement, scheduling maintenance for all equipment. Capable of fabricating parts when necessary. A strong candidate for the Maintenance Mechanic position will have: Experience or knowledge of diesel/gas mechanics, hydraulics, & electrical. Welding and torching experience. Capable of prioritizing need. Excellent attendance. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, kneel, crawl, twist and climb frequently. Capable of working indoors and outdoors in seasonal climates. A can-do attitude! Forklift experience a plus. Pay will be based on experience.
