Job Description

Maintenance Materials Coordinator II What you will do: This position is responsible for the coordination and administration of work orders, purchasing and inventory for the maintenance department.
How you will do it:
Work Orders Approve new work orders, assign to maintenance staff Generate PM work orders Track maintenance/facility time worked Track materials used to complete work Track outside contractor billing on work orders Generate reports of open work orders, downtime Inventory Issue part/materials and work orders Maintenance inventory and ordering Process green cards for material issue and returns from Maximo and SAP Assist maintenance personnel, contractors and other departments with part location Set up part numbers/ stockroom locations as needed for new inventory items Print bin/inventory labels, transfer of parts within stock-room. Maintain stockroom - due to decrease in maintenance personnel Purchasing/Receiving Enter purchase order for parts, spot buys and services for maintenance Enter receipts for maintenance orders Enter / Maintain records for people/labor/supplier Prepare Capital requests for facility projects Train new users Assist in planning annual PM schedule Other duties including/but not limited to: Sign for deliveries, service Maintain files for requisition/purchase order, scan and file to eliminate paper files Schedule service calls with outside contractors Contact vendors for tech manuals, drawings / part listings. Email POs, quote requests Maintain files for contractor compliance / safety checklists / certificate of insurance What we look for:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Basic office/Computer skills
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge in MRO, Parts Sourcing and Inventory Control
  • Experience with invoice reconciliation
  • Experience with Ariba, Maximo, SRM, SAP is a plus
HIRING SALARY RANGE
$52,000-72,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
