Maintenance Person for small property--minor landscape and building maitenace

Overview Maintenance Person for landscape upkeep(minor), building maintenance, and miscellaneous repair tasks at a couple of locations in Strawberry, AZ. This flexible 15-25 hours per week job allows for you to pick up other work if you desire. Or if you prefer a slower pace, we can come to a min per week agreement. Our goal is to keep grounds and buildings safe, functional, and pretty. Must be strong and agile enough to climb ladders occasionally, carry heavy loads, bend, lift, etc. Please have your own basic tools. Must be drug free, clean and reliable. Responsibilities Landscape maintenance including trimming, planting, pest control Conduct routine building repairs and maintenance

Skills:

knowledge and experience in basic weeding, trimming, building upkeep etc

Pay:
