The Maintenance Planner Lead will perform assigned lead responsibilities and complex plan and schedule maintenance on plant assets and equipment with an in depth knowledge of maintenance planning under occasional guidance. In this role, you will use advanced knowledge and best practices of consistent maintenance and reliability to leverage tools and databases to improve machine uptime and efficiency.

Apply advanced knowledge to plan the maintenance of processing and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and utilization of maintenance and reliability best practices to complete planning and prioritizing complex tasks. Serve as a resource to others researching and seeking feedback to provide detailed job plans for complex preventative maintenance activities which follow fundamental plant maintenance procedures and practices to improve the efficiency and quality of work. Apply a broad knowledge and ability in operating a variety of standard maintenance programs and database tools to initiate the procurement of materials, special tools and unique items required in the job plans. Serve as a subject matter expert for transition capital improvement projects, from project stage to operations and update complex information in the database to reflect the improvement, addition or deletion of equipment and their associated spare parts and maintenance procedures. Use broad knowledge to schedule maintenance downtime and send communications across functional teams while providing direct feedback to management. Ensure maintenance of custom databases and computerized maintenance management system to support specific work projects and processes. Solve complex issues under occasional guidance, while escalating more complex issues to management and engage in continuous improvement planning to improve on time performance of technical activities. Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship Be 18 years or older Minimum 2 years of experience in production related work Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)What Will Put You Ahead:
Computer operation skills to perform data entry for label production and monitoring of inventory and shipment completion; warehouse/shipping software, SAP software, or inventory management software Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment (e.g., packaging machinery). High school diploma or GED or a minimum of two years of experience in production-related work Experience performing maintenance trades such as welding, pipefitting, fabrication, rigging systems, gearbox and bearings, lubrication, pump and piping systems, or hydraulics and pneumatics Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
