Salary:

$100,000 - $125,000 per year A bit about us: The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability, efficiency, and performance of all plant equipment and systems within a food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving proactive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and implementing data-driven reliability improvements to support production, food safety, and operational excellence. Competitive base pay Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Exponential growth opportunities Job Details Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering required 3-7+ years of experience in maintenance/reliability engineering in manufacturing (food preferred) Experience in high-speed production or packaging environments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of: o Reliability methodologies (RCA, FMEA, RCM) o Preventive & predictive maintenance programs o Asset lifecycle management and failure analysis Experience with: o CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.) o PLCs, automation, and manufacturing control systems o Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in a GMP or SQF-certified food manufacturing environment Certification in reliability or maintenance (e.g., CMRP) Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience Key Competencies Data-driven problem solving and analytical thinking Strong cross-functional communication and leadership Ability to drive cultural change from reactive to proactive maintenance Continuous improvement mindset Interested in hearing more?
