• Full-time Overview As the Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of ALL the properties within the agency.

You will be required to perform general maintenance duties as well as landscaping and lawn care for the properties of the agency.

Responsibilities Grounds Maintenance :

mowing, snow removal, tree/brush/weed trimming, trash pickup

Building Maintenance :

minor plumbing, minor electrical, identify and report unsafe conditions, check Resale Shop weekly for trash disposal, follow all lockout/tagout procedures

Transportation :

oil changes in agency truck and lawn mower Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent

REQUIRED

Valid IL Driver's License

REQUIRED

Successfully pass the required background checks & MVR Knowledge and experience in maintenance and janitorial Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
