Key duties include repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, painting, repairing drywall, appliance installation, and prepping vacant units for new tenants Duties Conduct electrical repairs, troubleshoot issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Carry out mechanical tasks including welding, plumbing, and mechanical component replacements Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and general repairs to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality Supervise or assist with manufacturing or residential painting projects as needed Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding and facilities maintenance Proficiency in residential painting techniques and general maintenance procedures Supervising experience in maintenance or facilities management roles Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination Join us if you're ready to energize your career by maintaining high standards of facility operations!
