Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for our 1st shift team. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on maintenance tasks, requiring a balanced expertise in both electrical and mechanical areas. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 18 maintenance employees. Balance 50/50 supervision and hands-on maintenance tasks. Input and submit work orders efficiently. Coordinate and manage machine downtimes. Direct maintenance personnel and organize daily schedules. Input data into the CMMS program for maintenance management. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues as needed. Essential Skills High school diploma or

GED. 5-8

years of industrial maintenance experience or 2+ years in maintenance supervision. Experience in inputting work orders and coordinating machine downtimes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with 480v/3 phase electrical troubleshooting. Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting symbols. Mechanical troubleshooting skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, and more. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
