Full-time Job Description:

Co-Line is seeking a maintenance supervisor to join our growing team. This opening is strictly for a working, on-the-floor supervisor, with significant maintenance and supervision experience. This position will be responsible for leading our growing maintenance group as tasks and responsibilities are collectively completed. Including the installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs of production equipment as well as facilities. Previous project management experience, with strong communication and documentation skills, hands-on technical experience with metal manufacturing equipment, and a proactive passion for solving problems is required. Measures of success in this role include on-time completion of PM's, success rate of machine repairs, unplanned equipment downtime, and financial stewardship. Technical experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or machine controls is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position located in rural Sully/Pella, IA
