Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance About the Role As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will: Supervise and assist make-ready technicians in grounds clean-up, pool maintenance, and handling work orders. Ensure the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and perform painting/drywall repair. Address and manage incoming work orders for occupied apartments. Enjoy a guaranteed 40-hour work week, with overtime for on-call duties every other week. Benefit from a supportive team and a commitment to maintaining high standards in property management.

Job Requirements Experience:

Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical repair, pool maintenance, and painting/drywall repair.

Certification:

HVAC/EPC and CPO certification is mandatory.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Availability:

Willingness to work overtime and be on-call every other week.

Drug Test:

Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Benefits Compensation:

Hourly pay rate based on experience.

Work Guarantee:

40-hour work week with additional overtime for on-call duties.
