Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operation of machinery, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, install, and maintain machinery and equipment
• Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Conduct regular inspections to identify faults and implement repairs
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance staff
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
• Oversee facility maintenance including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance management
• Proficiency in using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, etc.
• Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols
• Strong understanding of facilities management practices
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repair tasks

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SIEMENS, FANUC AND ALLEN

BRADLEY and Extensive knowledge of CNC machining and robots.
