Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities within our milling facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance, and strong problem-solving skills. This role involves supervising maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to optimize plant operations. Bilingual is a plus. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and maximizing mill productivity. Manage electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and industrial systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Coordinate with production departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to milling processes. Oversee facilities management tasks such as air compression system maintenance, building repairs, and safety inspections. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to high voltage and electrical systems. Plan and execute projects related to equipment upgrades or facility improvements with effective project management techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in accordance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including mechanical, electrical (high voltage and low voltage), milling machinery, and facilities management. Proficiency in using schematics, ohmmeters, and recordkeeping. Familiarity with air compression systems. Experience in project management related to equipment or facility upgrades. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and team coordination. Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting complex systems using technical schematics and diagnostic tools. Relevant certifications or training in electrical systems, or facilities management are preferred.
