Maintenance Supervisor/Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform general maintenance duties for our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with Life Safety systems, heating and air, basic electrical work, painting, drywall, carpentry, record keeping, and general handyman repairs. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and able to respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair work throughout the facility Troubleshoot and repair heating and air systems Maintain Life Safety systems and ensure compliance standards are met Perform minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs Complete general handyman duties as needed Cut grass and maintain exterior grounds Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, inspections, and other required records Ensure preventative maintenance documentation is completed accurately and timely Lift and move equipment or supplies up to 50 pounds Respond to maintenance emergencies and be available for on-call duties when needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment Work independently and prioritize daily maintenance tasks Qualifications Experience in maintenance, HVAC, Life Safety, carpentry, drywall, painting, record keeping, or related field preferred Basic knowledge of electrical systems and general repairs Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely Must be dependable and have reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Must be available for occasional on-call work Benefits Full-time hours Competitive pay based on experience Stable work environment Opportunity for long-term employment
