Maintenance supervisor role focused on leading union skilled trades, supporting preventive maintenance programs, maintaining safety practices, and improving maintenance effectiveness. Job Requirements Experience supervising or supporting skilled trades Experience working with union maintenance teams highly preferred Experience with maintenance safety practices Experience leading or supporting preventive maintenance programs SAP experience Ability to lead teams that include: Pipe fitters Electricians Mechanics Ability to work on the production floor with skilled trades Recent graduates may be considered with relevant experience Preferred Skills Engineering background Experience working with union environments Experience performing preventive maintenance audits Experience supporting maintenance cost control Experience improving maintenance visibility and effectiveness Experience working with senior maintenance leadership Job Responsibilities Supervise skilled trades personnel Support skilled trades teams with daily maintenance activities Work with senior maintenance leadership to maintain maintenance cost structure Perform weekly preventive maintenance audits Increase visibility into preventive maintenance performance Improve maintenance effectiveness through audit follow-up Lead and support maintenance safety culture initiatives Support preventive maintenance program execution Coordinate maintenance activities with pipe fitters, electricians, and mechanics Provide floor-level leadership for union skilled trades teams
