Job Title:

- We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition through preventive maintenance programs.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and issues reported by staff or management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with external contractors when necessary and supervise their work to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge by attending workshops, training sessions, or courses related to the field.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in facility maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
