• We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair will contribute significantly to creating a safe and efficient environment for our staff and visitors.

• Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition through preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and issues reported by staff or management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with external contractors when necessary and supervise their work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge by attending workshops, training sessions, or courses related to the field.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in facility maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
