5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday Keep advanced CNC equipment running strong in a fast-growing, high-precision Monticello shop. Don't miss this associate to hire opportunity for a Maintenance Tech role. Maintenance Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (lathes, mills, and related equipment) to minimize downtime
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and facility equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or safety concerns and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
• Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work closely with production teams to improve machine efficiency and reliability
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Support general facility maintenance as needed (lighting, HVAC, minor repairs, etc.

)

Maintenance Tech Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Equipment used includes CNC machines, hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, multimeters, forklifts
• Overtime may be required, including weekends, based on production needs
• Adhere to dress code
