Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Logical approach to troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment O rganizational skills, able to work quickly and under pressure V erbal and written communication skills Detailed oriented and quality conscious Able to use general tools (hand tools, electrical tools, measuring tools, etc.) Ability to operate lathe and milling machine (preferred)

Job Description:
Perform facility repairs and maintain production equipment while performing mechanical and electrical repairs. This position is a weekend coverage position and is intended to provide 24/7 coverage to the site. Process daily work orders and preventive maintenance, which includes troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading the production, facility, and lab equipment.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
Process daily work orders and perform upgrades of facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair control cabinets, variable frequency drives, and main electrical distribution panels Perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs) as assigned on scheduled equipment Assist Utility Department in general repairs and passivations Maintain GMP and SOP training compliance Support engineering projects Maintain GMP and safety compliance Follow procedures and maintain compliance within the respective areas Abide by LOTO, PPE and good housekeeping procedures Repair machine parts using general machine shop equipment. Ability to operate a lathe, mill and welder (preferred but not required) Ability to work in a confined space, entry is required Respirator qualification is required. (Training Provided) Must be capable of working in the aseptic environment (Training Provided) All other duties as assigned

Full Time position; Monday through Friday; 3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:30am; 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
