Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

Maintenance Technician $32 per hour | 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Overview Join a clean, climate controlled manufacturing facility supporting food packaging operations. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently, with strong opportunities for long term growth. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on presses, extruders, conveyors, and related machinery
• Complete work orders and document repairs using a computerized system
• Perform minor electrical work with training
• Conduct equipment rebuilds, part replacements, and basic fabrication
• Follow safety standards including Lockout Tagout, PPE, and plant procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area What You Bring
• 4 plus years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and bearings
• Blueprint and schematic reading ability
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Basic computer skills for maintenance systems Nice to Have
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Experience in plastics or food manufacturing
• Forklift or lift equipment experience
