Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in maintenance of grounds, common areas, and apartment homes in your assigned community; delivering exceptional and prompt service; and treating all community members with respect Comply with all OSHA regulations and health/safety policies and procedures; adhere to EPA regulations and update property log; and report all unsafe activities or incidents Support expense control by fixing rather than replacing, when applicable Prepare vacant units for occupancy; utilize the Market-Ready Inspection form to ensure accuracy of market-ready units Perform preventative maintenance Maintain pool area in the community Complete service requests in an efficient manner Conduct daily property walks and remove litter, debris, and pet waste Responsible for snow/ice removal of community including walkways, sidewalks, and parking lots Assist Service Manager in maintaining shop and supply inventories in adherence to the annual budget; communicate needs to Service Manager Deliver consistent excellent customer service that yields guest satisfaction through positive ratings and community reviews
