Maintenance Technician

Your duties:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hotel equipment systems. Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, completing repairs to fixtures, appliances, furniture, doors, windows, and building features. Maintain pool facilities by monitoring water quality, balancing chemicals, cleaning pool areas, and inspecting filtration systems to ensure safety compliance. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects as needed. Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, inventory logs, and ensure compliance with safety, fire, and health regulations. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
