Maintenance Technician

Duties Diagnose and repair various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Conduct all repairs and service tasks efficiently, ensuring all work meets safety regulations and quality standards. Disassemble and reassemble machines assemblies and sub-assemblies to perform repairs Assist with construction or renovation projects by installing new equipment or upgrading existing systems. Coordinate with contractors during large repair or installation projects to ensure timely completion. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs for accountability and future reference. Requirements 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance technician Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints accurately for troubleshooting and repairs. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance across diverse machinery types. Construction experience is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
