Licenses/Certifications:
None required, forklift/aerial lift certification a plus HVAC certification a plus
Must Have Skills:
Industrial maintenance experience Basic electrical experience Nice to have skills: Commercial HVAC experience
Soft Skills:
Good customer skills Good organizational skills Excellent time management
Years of Experience:
2-3 years of industrial experience Education H.S. diploma or GED, trade school is a plus Software skills: Basic computer skills Email CMMS experience
Interview Process:
Parking notes: 1st round virtual with H.M 2nd round virtual or on-site with Facility manager
Pay:
From $27.00 per hour
