Shady Grove, PA Position Overview We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for an immediate contract to hire opportunity supporting an industrial manufacturing facility . This role is critical to ongoing operations and will work closely with a Lead Maintenance Technician in a team‐based environment. Schedule 2nd

  • 11:00 PM Monday-Friday Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance and repair in an industrial manufacturing environment Preventative Maintenance and troubleshooting Support daily operations by working in a paired technician structure Collaborate closely with a Lead Maintenance Technician Ensure equipment reliability and safe operation Qualifications Strong mechanical maintenance background Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing facility preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable and safety‐focused Why This Role?
