Maintenance Technician

Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical ability and hands-on experience working with production machinery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and repair production machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic drive systems. Safely lift, move, and handle materials, including occasional heavy lifting. Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (required). 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred). Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule 8-hour shift Split shift 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm (Initial 4-month training period on first shift (7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)) Monday to Friday On-site work required Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan We perform a pre-employment Drug Screen.
