Shiner, TX, US Job Description Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing, processing, and utility equipment in a metal fabrication facility , with a primary focus on a new blasting machine . Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems (belts, gears, bearings, motors, VFDs, sensors) and provide basic electrical troubleshooting support. Support new equipment installations , startups, and modifications to ensure safe and efficient operation. Assist machine operators with training and troubleshooting to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency. Maintain and repair facility systems including plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems, and electrical components such as switches and fuses. Follow and promote all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, hazardous waste handling) and document all work in CMMS while supporting team projects and company values. Why Work Here? Multiple shift options:

1st shift (6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Mon-Thu) , 2nd shift (4:00 p.m.-2:30 a.m., Mon-Thu) , and 3rd shift (6:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m., Fri-Sun) . Work with a wide range of manufacturing equipment , including benders, lasers, pipe plasmas, welding machines, forklifts, paint booths, blasters, conveyors, and CNC machines. Operate in a fast‑paced metal fabrication environment that values safety, reliability, and consistent production performance. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Shiner, TX.
