Job Description

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Willoughby, OH. We offer a very competitive compensation plan, including health care benefits and a very positive and professional work environment. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician
  • Perform maintenance and repair services for the property
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
  • Provide good customer service Positive attitude with residents
  • Follow the instructions of the Property Manager and prioritize work accordingly
  • Suite preparation as units vacate
  • Respond to requests for maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
  • Employee will have on call duties-24hr maintenance Maintenance Technician Must have knowledge in the following areas:
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
Electric Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
