Job Title:
Maintenance Technician •$30 + per hour; 12 hour Day & Night Shifts available• Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a leading food and beverage manufacturing company located in North Ogden. We provide end-to-end packaging solutions and have partnered with renowned brands to manufacture their products at our facility. We are looking for skilled maintenance technicians to work in our Processing and Packaging departments. Responsibilities Install, startup, and shutdown equipment in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Perform mechanical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting for repair and maintenance of production equipment. Carry out logistics work, including receiving goods, preparing goods for production orders, and loading bulk product for shipment. Ensure compliance with all rules and policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, and legal regulations. Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Adhere to the Company's Integrated Management Systems, including Production, Quality, Food Safety, and GMP. Essential Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in beverage manufacturing maintenance. Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. Experience with PLC software and hardware. Knowledge of industrial electrical systems up to 480 VACS. Experience with valves, aseptic processing, and tank maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required; trade or vocational school education preferred. Experience with blending systems, pumps, valves, and think tops. Experience with homogenizers, sterilizers, and hydraulics. Understanding of BRC/HACCP, environment, and sustainability practices. The position offers night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am or day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a 3-2-2 alternating weekend schedule. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57200.00 - $77480.00/yr.
