In this position, you will need to use hand/power tools, diagnose faults, replace parts, and may specialize in areas like production machinery or facilities upkeep including the tunnels, vacuum lots and other requirements as needed.

Key Responsibilities Repairs & Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems; repairing or replacing defective parts.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conducting routine checks, servicing equipment, and performing scheduled upkeep to prevent breakdowns.

System Management:

Monitoring and maintaining HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.

Inspections:

Regularly inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure safety and code compliance.

Documentation:

Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Emergency Response:

Promptly responding to urgent maintenance requests.

Inventory:

Managing spare parts and tools.
