What You'll Do Assist with preventative maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility equipment Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues Perform repairs and adjustments to manufacturing equipment and building systems Support equipment installations, moves, and facility improvement projects Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Complete basic facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, and carpentry Accurately document maintenance activities and report equipment concerns Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing training Why Join Tara?
