We are proud to match job seekers with reputable employers throughout the U.S. We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Ashland MA What will you be responsible for as a Maintenance Technician? General repairs to apartments and common areas of buildings and grounds Prepare vacant apartments, trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving furniture and/or appliances This includes turn projects (fixing up apartments after residents leave prior to new tenants moving in) Who qualifies for the Maintenance Technician role? Candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of hands on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating/cooling systems Candidates with heat pump experience is a plus Candidates who are able to climb ladders and stairs, candidates who can walk between buildings and have good manual dexterity How much will you earn as a Maintenance Technician? Starting pay is between $24-25 per hour, based on experience Get paid weekly! Direct deposit and pay cards available for all Salem employees Referral and performance bonuses are available! What hours will you work as the Maintenance Technician?
