Maintenance Technician

Golden MGT, a locally owned and family-operated property management company, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Festus and De Soto, Missouri. This position maintains three small apartment communities (131 total units) serving independent residents age 55+. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a resident-focused environment.
